We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team in Auckland as a Client Services Administrator.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team in Auckland as a Client Services Administrator.
**What will your typical week look like?**
Day to day, you will be supporting our Business Advisory team which includes: Partners, Managers, Accountants and the Client Services/Administration team. You will enjoy a range of administration tasks, as outlined below:
- Managing client data, checking reports including timesheets, billings and expenses
- Preparing client service agreements and collection of information for the delivery of tax engagements
- Invoicing and WIP Management.
- Communicating effectively and in a timely basis with Advisers, Partners and Corporate staff and ensuring exceptional client service is always provided.
- Updating the CRM system and assisting with the workflow scoping and tasking system.
- Reception cover when needed

**Let’s talk about you**
- Minimum 2-year experience in Administration and/or Client Services
- Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Suite
- A genuine team player with a friendly, helpful and constructive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
