We are looking for a motivated and client focused individual to join our fast paced, high performing team as a
Client Services Advisor

deVere is one of the largest financial consultancy companies in the world with a truly global presence and reach. The New Zealand division is based in the North Shore of Auckland and has grown significantly to become one of the leading advisory firms within New Zealand.

We are currently searching for a Junior Client Services Advisor to join our already established team and help manage a client bank and grow the business in Auckland.

About the role:

  • Advising strategies for clients in investment/retirement planning, cash management and other areas to help them reach financial objectives.
  • Reviewing client accounts and plans on a regular basis to understand if life or economic changes, situational concerns, or financial performance necessitate changes in their plan.
  • Managing and updating client portfolios.
  • Analysing financial data received from clients to develop strategies for meeting clients' financial goals.
  • Preparing or interpreting financial document summaries, investment performance reports and income projections for clients.
  • Implementing financial plans or referring clients to professionals who can help them.
  • Building and maintaining your client base.
  • Exceptional Customer Service - responding and resolving all client enquiries.
  • Being a role model and ambassador for deVere's brand, business and culture within NZ.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for client care and relationship building.
  • Effective communication via phone, video call, and in-person.
  • Client-first mentality.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
  • NZCFS Level 5 preferred or currently in progress.
