We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Generalist) to help us build functional systems that improve our products and developer experience. You will be an integral part of the platform team, with widespread exposure to all levels of our tech stack and all products within Sylo.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Build, deploy, maintain, and lead the implementation of Cloud solutions on AWS
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical operational issues related to the AWS Cloud Infrastructure
- Build and operate secure cloud infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, and be responsible for end-to-end platform security and audits
- Automate various processes through DevOps using the latest tools
- Maintain development, staging & production environments

**Requirements**:

- In-depth cloud infrastructure experience within a similar role
- Experience in agile software development and product delivery lifecycle
- Problem-solving attitude
- Write clear and concise technical documentation
- Experience with cloud platforms and tooling such (AWS, Containerisation, Networking, Monitoring)
- Experience in software development (Golang, JavaScript, Typescript)
- Experience in shell scripting (Linux, Docker, Python)
- Good experience using IaC technologies (Terraform)
- Strong experience using in automating build and deployment pipelines
- Experience in AWS security practices, including secret management, encryption, and IAM roles
- Have the ability to mentor and foster a collaborative team culture, with a focus on continuous improvement
