Are you an experienced travel or tourism professional with a passion for showcasing Tāmaki Makaurau to the world? We’re looking for a Senior Famil Coordinator to join our Tourism team at Tātaki Auckland Unlimited. As Auckland’s Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO), our mission is to grow a vibrant and sustainable visitor economy that benefits our people, environment, and communities. In this role, you’ll design and deliver memorable trade and media famil experiences that bring Auckland’s story to life for international and domestic audiences. You’ll work closely with tourism operators, airlines, restaurants, and key industry partners to create itineraries that highlight our region’s best attractions while building strong relationships across the visitor economy. Strong communication and presentation skills are key — you’ll be confident sharing Auckland’s story with trade, media, and industry audiences.

Experience using Salesforce, and an understanding of the tourism or events landscape, will be a real bonus, along with the ability to stay calm, positive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
