Our purpose at ACC is to improve lives every day. It’s to put our customers first, showing them manaakitanga and supporting their wellbeing. It’s to enable everyone in Aotearoa the freedom to live their lives knowing that if they need us, we’ll be there.

We have an exciting **6 month contract **in the Shared Capability Coordinator Practice as a Senior Coordinator. This role is assigned where an Agile Release Train (ART) has a need. The type of work could be health or technology related, therefore the ability to be agile and pivot depending on the need is critical.

At this stage, this particular role will support two ARTs (similar to two projects).

You will have a ‘home team’ in the Shared Capability Coordinator Practice where we have a strong team of experienced Senior Agile Coordinators as your backbone to support how you deliver your work.

This is a 6 month contract and the hourly rate will be between $85 to $95 per hour (40 hours per week)

**This role will be focussed on**:

- Providing financial analysis, insights and budget expertise to ARTs
- Leading the coordination of activities with other support members in the ARTs to ensure support outcomes are delivered accurately and within a timely manner
- Leading or supporting the use of the latest tools and artefacts to continuously improve the support services provided to your assignment

**As a Senior Coordinator, you will**:

- Lead the analysis, insights, and fulfilment of the monthly, yearly financial processes accurately and within timeframes. This includes the coordination of any financial reporting required.
- Lead the coordination of the monthly timesheet compliance processes as well as vendor management and contract procurement processes accurately.
- You will also take the lead to work with other Coordinators and support team members to ensure all the support activities required for your assignment are fulfilled.
- You will also lead and support initiatives from the Shared Capability Coordinator Practice to continuously improve the services from your home team. This promotes consistency of services for all assignments we are involved in.

ACC’s vision is to create a unique partnership with every New Zealander, improving their quality of life by minimising the incidence and impact of injury.

**What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role**:

- You will have similar and relevant experience in Senior Project Coordinator in a large programme where you had financial budget responsibilities
- Proven experience in partnering and building strong relationships with internal teams in particular Finance as well as external vendors and other stakeholders and you can influence and build trust quickly.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and the ability to connect
- Willingness to understand Māori me ōna tikanga, and Māori culture, values, political and social systems.
