**Abou**t the opportunity**

We are looking for a permanent full-time Leading Hand to join our Christchurch night shift team, This role will be responsible to oversee the day to day flow of operations in each area. Reporting to the Stores & Warehousing Team leader this position will have a strong focus on continuous improvement and strategic initiatives on site

The hours for this role will be Monday Friday between the hours or 10pm - 6:30am
- You will either be specialized in the area or be motivated to learn
- You will be the central point of communication for operational issues and instructions
- You will have a strong interest in continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
- A can do attitude and a willingness to work together with other leaders
- Someone keen to lead by example and a commitment to upskilling their team
