**Your new role**:
Right now, we need a motivated, Leading Hand to hit the ground running at our Christchurch PDI centre.

You probably know the drill - looking after a team of four technicians, and keeping an eye on their daily work whilst being on the tools yourself. You’ll make sure work is always delivered on time, and top notch.

**What you’ll bring**

From all your experience, you’ll have a strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment, which will set you up to provide sound advice to your team. A great leader, you’ll have already honed your skills coaching, mentoring and overseeing others, whether in formal or informal leadership role, plus you’ll be a great communicator, passionate about helping others and imparting your knowledge On top of that, if you’ve got a commitment to Health & Safety and Contamination Control you’re just who we’re after.

Maybe you’re joining us from a similar role, or perhaps you’re after a heavy equipment role that’s a bit of a step up. **The Pre-Delivery Inspection Centre**:
Our newly established Pre-Delivery Inspection Centre is where all new machines are prepared and spec’ed prior to delivery to our customers. Being a dedicated centre with dedicated staff, the processes and systems developed and adhered to will ensure consistency of product and speed to market. As a result, our customers will take delivery of a better-quality product quicker
