**We are looking for an experienced Earthworks Leading Hand / Operator**

**About you**:

- Ability to lead a team on site, including subcontractors.
- Have experience on a variety of Earthworks Machines
- Willingness to get off the machines and help others
- Can lead a team to meet daily production targets
- Values equipment and takes pride in maintenance
- Able to read plans and align to programme
- Has a positive 'can do' attitude
- Can make sound decisions and stand by them
- A strong focus to Quality and Health and Safety
- Is drug free

**To be successful in this role, you will ideally have**:

- Extensive experience in Earthworks
- Leadership experience is preferable
- Full New Zealand Drivers Licence class 1-4 (WTR)
- Site Safe Passport
- High personal standards and a positive attitude
