**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this role, you will have opportunities for career development and advancement, receiving mentorship and training with Senior members of our project teams. You will work closely with your site team, subcontractors and assist with day-to-day site activities.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take responsibility for tasks assigned by the Site Manager and/or Project Manager on sites
- Co-ordination and schedule management for subcontractors, labour and materials with assistance of the project team
- Ensure compliance with the site-specific safety plan, quality assurance plan and environmental management plan
- Ensure all necessary site documentation is filed and/or sent to the right personnel
- Lead regular site meetings when required, with other construction team members including carpenters, subcontractors and suppliers

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience as a Junior Site Manager
- Enjoy collaboration and working with a team
- High level of organisation, planning and coordination abilities
- High Attention to detail
- CAT Projects (training provided)
