Our client is looking for an experienced, highly professional Personal Assistant to join the Finance team providing support and assistance to the Chief Financial Officer. To be successful in this role you will provide office management and support to the Finance teams, by ensuring that administrative duties and responsibilities are coordinated in a professional and timely manner.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Preparation of reports.
- Maintenance of policies and procedures.
- Preparing agendas.
- Minute taking.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Filing.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.

Our client requires all staff to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
