**The Role**

This is a crucial role working out of our Northlands retail store in Christchurch that requires a knowledgeable people leader and sales manager to help us further grow and expand within the Christchurch region. Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Management and profitability of products and sales
- Training and development of staff
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Accurate stock management and quality control
- Ensuring best Health & Safety procedures and processes are followed

**To be successful you will need**:

- A full, clean NZ Driver's License
- A minimum of 2 years proven management experience, with the ability to showcase your retail sales and people management skills
- Previous experience, or passion for, the tyre or automotive industry
- An exceptional attitude and positive approach to work
- Determination and desire to bring out the best in people and be a great leader
- Strong commercial acumen and business management skills
