Team Leader

**Working with the **_Business Group Leader, _**this position has great operational management potential, and will see you involved with**:

- Providing creative design solutions to fit the needs of our clients and communities
- Planning and leading the management and delivery of _(public, institutional, commercial, industrial, private etc) _architectural and multi-disciplinary projects
- Design leadership and awareness, growing the design capabilities of the team
- Directly contributing to the strategic and resourcing decision-making of the Architecture group.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Proven experience in leading teams, including deep understanding of relevant building standards, and a dedication to design principles including sustainability and innovation
- Good relationship management skills and a real passion for developing people, experience overseeing workload or direct line management experience is advantageous
- A talent for understanding and interpreting a client brief, and taking ownership of delivering leading edge designs
- Proven professional judgement, project management experience and commercial acumen
- A client-centric approach, with the ability to build and grow relationships with internal and external clients, robust communication skills both written and verbal
- Relevant tertiary qualification
