As our Senior Sustainable Performance Operations Manager, you’ll drive the alignment and effectiveness of our Sustainable Performance function. This role is integral to planning, prioritizing, and connecting our work with the broader enterprise, ensuring our initiatives deliver meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

In this position, you’ll make key projects happen and coordinate across teams to enhance Kiwibank’s sustainable performance while fostering collaboration and positive change.

- Experience in project management, change management, business analysis, or a related field, especially within sustainability, ESG, climate change, or sustainable finance.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven influence and communication skills that resonate across all levels of an organization.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Leadership experience, especially in building and guiding high-performing teams.
