We are looking for someone to join this fast-paced role who can create exceptional customer experiences over the phone. You will be helping small business customers join Kiwibank with ease. You will deliver tailored solutions that match their needs, solve problems quickly, and leave every customer feeling heard, valued, and supported. You will have genuine conversations that build trust and ensure our customers get the most out of their banking journey from day one. Throughout, you will contribute positively to enhancing the Kiwibank brand by being a passionate advocate for our products and services.

- Strong questioning, listening, and critical thinking skills to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Understands general business principles and the markets small businesses operate in
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly regarded, but not essential
