Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Days: 5 days a week (including weekends on a rotating roster)

Hours per Week: 30-40 hours (minimum 30 hours guaranteed)

Salary Band:

- Cooks: $29.66 - $32 per hour
- Kitchen Hands: $28.18 - $30 per hour
- Front of House Staff: $28.18 - $30 per hour

**Job Description**:

- Cooks: Prepare and cook meals to our restaurant's standard recipes, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen. Have knowledge of Sri Lankan cuisine.
- Kitchen Hands: Assist in food preparation, ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, and support cooks as needed. Have knowledge of Sri Lankan cuisine.
- Front of House Staff: Provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests. Have knwoledge of Sri Lankan cuisine.

Job Pre-requisites:

- Cooks: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role; or cooking certificate in Sri Lankan cuisine.
- Kitchen Hands: Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not essential OR high school cerrtificate.
- Front of House Staff: Proven experience in customer service of minimum 6 months; hospitality qualification is advantageous. but not essential

Successul canddiates will have good character and will consent to pre-employment drug-testing and random drug-testing during employment.
