**\ Front of House at Blue Moon Bakehouse /**

** Experienced barista preferred**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow daily checklists for opening, preparation, cleaning, and closing; proficient in operating POS, Eftpos, and handling cash transactions.
- Provide outstanding customer service by following the FOH script, promoting sales, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas, handle equipment with care, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management.

**\ Front of House at Little Foragers (Supermarket) /**

** Fluent in Chinese & English preferred **

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on products, and promote subscription services to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage daily operations, including reporting, stock levels, supplier relations, and overseeing the customer loyalty program.
- Collaborate with delivery, accounts, and purchasing teams to align stock with customer needs and promotions.
- Handle cash transactions, manage POS systems, and ensure smooth promotional and discount procedures.
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards, ensure smooth team operations, and address customer complaints professionally.

**\ Kitchen Hand at Sushi Solider / (Part-time)**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prep, cook, and clean while maintaining a tidy work environment.
- Take ownership of your section after training and ensure smooth operations through effective communication.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to help others.

**\ Duty Managers at Table of Munchies & Muy Muy /**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- ** Operations**: Lead with clear sections and responsibilities, achieve goals per shift. Observe and record, report feedback from customers and teams; follow up goals, supervise team standards. Lead by example.
- ** People Management**: Ensuring excellent customer experience, food and service standards are well on track. Brief, debrief and constant retrain team as per standard.
- ** Admin**: invoice and stock, delivery and daily &weekly reports. Checklists completed thoroughly by the teams. Report from FCP, training, checklist, to reviews, invoices.
- ** Financial**: forecast daily on roster and adjust accordingly, cost, wastage, ordering, breaks management. Marketing of business offering in the venue and upsell services.

Please note to be considered for our Duty Manager roles you will have at least 2 years minimum hospitality (food & beverage) experience and should have already completed your LCQ, however should you meet the relevant experience criteria but not have an LCQ please get in touch as we may be willing to support standouts applicants in this process.As long as you have the right attitude to learn, and you are willing to do your best, able to communicate professionally; following our standards would lead you to success.
