**About the role**:
The Clients Experience and Marketing Manager plays a key role in bringing our marketing, business development and client experience strategies to life and supporting the Firm to maintain its position as one of New Zealand's premier law firms. This newly created role will provide strategic marketing advice to partners and senior stakeholders, own the website strategy, manage the sponsorship and strategic alliances portfolio, be the brand custodian and help shape the firm's Client Experience (CX) programme.

Reporting to the Head of Communications, this is true generalist role, encompassing all aspects of marketing including; marketing planning, strategy, client experience, campaign management, website management, design, brand management, EDM ownership, sponsorship and social media.

If you have the following skills/experience, we would love to hear from you:

- At least eight years' experience in marketing (professional services or corporate experience is desirable)
- Ability to think strategically, present ideas cohesively and deliver on agreed plans
- A passion for website optimisation, SEO and SEM
- Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple conflicting deadlines
- Basic design capabilities, and an eye for design
- A degree in marketing (or an equivalent field)
