About the role | Mō te Tūranga
With a number of great projects on the horizon, we're seeking out an exceptional Senior Roading Engineer to join our team, bridging the gap between our civil and bridge structures disciplines. As the Senior Roading Engineer, you will be involved in projects and teams locally and nationally, working on a diverse and challenging portfolio. You'll relish the opportunity of working on, and managing end-to-end projects in a technical lead function, or assisting in offering an integrated approach with our bridging and/or civil disciplines. In this role, you’ll be involved in technical design, guiding and mentoring junior engineers along with managing and leading projects.
About you | Mōu
You'll preferably have 8 years or more experience in the industry. With a broad range of experience in the field of roading and transportation, you'll have proven experience working across everything from state highway projects, through to all facets of multi-disciplined roading and civil infrastructure projects. A strong understanding of geometrics, road design, drainage, barrier and pavement design would be advantageous. You'll be technically astute with sound commercial skills and have strong relationship building capabilities. While you've already begun sharpening your mentoring and teambuilding skills, you'll be looking to further develop your career and leadership capabilities in the years to come.
