**The Role**:
We are looking for a Territory Manager who can add value and deliver outstanding service to this important region. Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include managing an effective call cycle, strengthening customer relationships, identifying new opportunities to maximise sales, grow distribution and increase visibility of products. You will be out in the trade 90% of the time, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships with Store Managers and Owners in the grocery and retail channels. You will also lead a small team of Merchandisers.

**Skills And Expertise Required**:
We are searching for a dynamic Territory Manager with a great attitude. Proven success in territory sales, preferably in FMCG is desirable. However, we will also consider someone with Grocery or Merchandising experience with a genuine desire to step up and forge a career in sales. You must be a top-notch communicator who has a passion for building strong relationships. If you have good business acumen, are self-managing, organised and an excellent planner you will do well. As importantly, you need to be resilient, driven and hungry to achieve exceptional results.

Based in Wellington, some overnight travel is required.
