We have an exciting vacancy for a Charge Nurse Manager for our Toru Ward.
Our Toru Ward is a surgical ward located in Tōtara Haumaru, our brand-new state-of-the-art facility at the North Shore Hospital Campus. Tōtara Haumaru consists of Eight surgical theatres, including associated pre
- and post-operative facilities and clinical support services. We also have an endoscopy suit compromising four procedure rooms, preparation and recovery space and sterilisation facilities and well as five 30-bed inpatient wards across three floors.

You may have experience in a surgical ward/or experience as a clinical nurse or clinical manager in a relevant specialty area. Your experience in clinical leadership and contemporary nursing knowledge will make you stand out from the rest.
You must have the experience, drive, and enthusiasm to lead a team. If you believe in patient focused care, and the ongoing development of services _PLUS_, have a minimum of 5 years post registration experience in a surgical ward, with experience in clinical professional leadership and a passion for quality care - then we would like to hear from you
