A key opportunity has presented for a seasoned, savvy Talent Partner to collaborate with our leaders across our NZ network. You will live and breathe all things people and recruitment and be a strong contributor to our well-established People team.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the national end-to-end recruitment across our vast network. You will have a strong sense of team, will be engaging, collaborative and consultative, guiding our leaders and people on all thing’s recruitment.

You will be experienced, curious and able to connect with multiple stakeholders to achieve great people outcomes. You will be people centric, smart, commercial, experienced, collaborative, and self-driven.

You will have:

- Strong business acumen with proven experience working across multiple layers of organisations
- The natural ability to build enduring relationships
- Sound partnering and influencing skills, working closely with leaders to shape decisions that deliver positive outcomes
- Exceptional recruitment experience with a consultative approach to uplift capability across the business
