**Starting salary: $73,048 to $85,939 + superannuation**

**The roles | Te tunga**

We have multiple Statistical and Data Analyst roles, both permanent and fixed-term, across teams in our Insights & Statistics branch. Our teams produce, and support the production of, a wide range of statistics, from high-profile quarterly data to high-frequency data that brings the story of New Zealand to life.

These roles would suit someone who can bring:

- A genuine interest in economic, population and housing, social, or environment data.
- Curiosity, strong data analysis skills, and a natural ability to problem solve.
- Great written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence a range of people.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, accounting, social science, computer science, statistics.
- Knowledge or commitment to developing understanding of Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo, Te Ao M ori
- Demonstrated advocacy for, or support of, diversity and inclusion.
