**The role**

You will be joining a busy contact centre that provide high quality customer service to Palmerston North residents and wider districts when their council closes for the day. They operate between 6am-1pm so there is a variety of shifts available and will be asked for your preference when applying.

**Duties**:

- Adhering to phone practice requirements by completing administration and following up in an efficient, accurate and timely manner to resolve issues.
- Answering inbound calls from members of the public and providing accurate information.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service.
- Able to take initiative and have good time management skills.
- Must attend 4 weeks of training commencing May 6th, Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and MOJ background checks.

**Days and Hours**:
The client operates in a 24/7 environment and have a variety of shifts available across Monday-Sunday. You must be able to work at least 1 weekend day to be considered.
