**Who would suit this role?**

We’re looking for an experienced, highly organised and customer driven person for our Senior Administrator role. If you’re someone that enjoys a busy work environment and engaging with customers then this could be the perfect role for you. You will have previous experience in a fast-paced administration or customer service role, excellent communication skills and the ability to work on Saturday's.

**What does this role entail?**

Working alongside our administration team, you will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks such as managing the completion of customer paperwork, taking payments, updating/maintaining records and assisting with repossessions.

**What you will bring**
- A bright and cheerful disposition
- Previous customer services/administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused and ability to relate to people of all backgrounds
- Computer literate with intermediate Word, Excel and data entry skills
- Willingness to work at weekends (days of work are Tuesday to Saturday)
- Legal rights to work in New Zealand
