**About the role | Kōrero mō te tūranga**
You’ll be our in-house digital marketing expert. You’ll be right in the thick of it, managing and improving the integrated delivery of content via our digital channels and platforms to optimise the digital experience for our members.

**Desired skills and experience | Ngā tino pūkenga/whēako**
To be successful in this role, you’ll approach digital marketing with an integrated and growth mindset and be confident to challenge the status quo.

You’ll have:

- Experience with CMS, ESP and CRM platforms
- Experience targeting a range of stakeholders utilising different channels
- Experience with website analytics and social media advertising tools
- Understanding of UX
- An understanding of marketing principles
- Terrific work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the business
