As a Parts Interpreter with Palfinger, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your focus will be to ensure you understand their needs and deliver the right parts in a timely manner, while keeping them up to date with any changes. You will provide a top-class service by nurturing existing and developing new business skills and relationships.

This is an exciting role where your existing parts knowledge will help you ask the right questions, determine the best product for the customer, working as part of a small and supportive team. You will have the ability to identify key information, gather other relevant information and direct customer enquiries. You will be responsible for ensuring minimum and maximum stock is on hand and ordering to replenish as needed.

- Have a mechanical aptitude
- Have parts experience
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships
- Have an inquisitive mind, paired with exceptional communication skills
- Be technology savvy
- Not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and support the team

This is a technical role where teamwork is crucial to achieve desired outcomes, and we are looking for someone who is approachable and resourceful
