**Starting salary: $89,432 - $104,487 + superannuation**

**The role | Te tūnga**
This role is fixed term for 18 months based in Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington. Reporting to the Team Leader - Health, Safety & Wellbeing within Operations Support, your focus will be on developing the initial HS&W plan for future census.
You'll have input to the design and implementation of effective HS&W interventions/strategies, and you will build strong relationships with our kaimahi and people leaders as you provide expert advice and support.
This role would suit someone who can bring:
- A relevant HS&W tertiary qualification and/ or equivalent relevant experience for this role.
- 4-6 years' experience and confidence to provide robust advice and practice in HS&W related legislation.
- Proven experience building, managing and delivering results through relationships (internal and external), networking, and connecting across a range of levels and functions.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitation of work groups/committees, focus groups and workshops.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Coordinated Incident Management System (CIMS)
- Demonstrate a willingness to upskill and increase your cultural capability
