An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Recruitment Advisor with our client in the legal sector. The Senior Recruitment Advisor will work with the wider People team to create, support, and deliver on the talent sourcing strategy, as well as ownership of full end-to-end recruitment, and supporting leaders across the business.

Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, the Senior Recruitment Advisor will support nationwide with everything recruitment including end to end recruitment of a range of roles, attraction and sourcing, sourcing strategy, and process improvement.

To be successful in this position, you will have some or all of the following attributes:

- Proven recruitment experience
- Experience developing and supporting on talent strategy
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Strong ability to partner with leaders in the business
- Enjoy getting stuck into projects
- Skilled with end-to-end recruitment
