**Your Opportunity**

We’re on a mission to fuel everyday to elite athletes to be ready for game day. As our next Brand Manager, you’ll be the force behind Musashi’s market dominance and trailblazing launch of Athena - our newly launched brand empowering female athletes. This isn’t just any Brand Manager job, this is your chance to shape the future of our brands in one of New Zealand’s fastest growing categories.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager and being part of a wider marketing team of 7, you will have exposure to all marketing channels in this dynamic role—whether it's crafting compelling content and campaigns, spearheading new product launches, or driving category growth. You’ll be pivotal in executing brand strategies, collaborating across teams, and making an impact on our brands. The role offers great growth and career progression opportunities in our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Play a key role in New Zealand brand plans**: Contribute to and lead the execution of brand and category goals.
- ** Drive growth for major product segments**: Be accountable for expanding ambitious parts of our Sports Nutrition portfolio.
- ** Lead the execution of the full marketing mix in NZ**: Oversee and manage the comprehensive marketing strategies.

**What You’ll Bring**
- ** Experience**: A brand champion with at least one year brand marketing within the FMCG or consumer product environment.
- ** Education**: A degree in marketing, or a related field.
- **Skills**: A keen eye for detail, project management abilities, and capability to work across multiple projects with ease. Strong commercial acumen with financial understanding and confidence presenting internally and externally. Experience in NPD, launch execution, and a background in non-alcoholic beverages? Even better
- ** Personality**: You’re energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive - a natural collaborator who thrives on teamwork.
- **Passion**: A love for sports or nutrition is a big plus. Did we mention, you’ll get to rub shoulders with some of NZ’s top athletes & teams
