**Are you a multi-talented Lending Adviser who loves their clients like we do?**

This is a perfect opportunity for someone from a banking or broker background who wants to explore the limitless opportunities of developing rewarding clients’ relationships with the added support of a well-established business and referral network. We have 22 NZ offices and many Accountants and Advisers that you can tap into.

You will be responsible for packaging business and home loan transactions for our Findex customers throughout New Zealand and presenting them to funders. In this capacity, you will be able to negotiate terms with funders and ensure that you are meeting all the external (Bank) and internal credit and risk guidelines.

Now, diving into the nitty gritty details, you will be responsible for:

- Managing, developing and promoting Findex offering, ensuring that growth, profitability and customer service targets are met
- Identifying potential and future equipment finance, home loans and small business loans with existing Findex customers and prospects
- Submitting proposals to funders on behalf of clients and acting as first point of contact for client queries and commercial lending advice
- Provide professional debt advisory services to a range of Findex customers
- Ability to develop both internal and external referral sources particularly via digital channels such as teams

You are someone with..
- Solid experience in a Business and Retail/Home loans within a bank or broker house
- A results-driven team player that is proactive with strong business acumen
- Solid ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Level 5 Financial Adviser Qualification in Retail Lending is preferred or happy to undertake the qualification
