Bill Suri Limited has been in operation since 2017 with trading name ASIAN RUBY VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT. Currently, we are seeking 03 Restaurant Managerto join our team as soon as possible.

What we offer:

- A full time permenant role - 40 minimum hours per week
- The salary range is between $28-$32 per hour depend on skills and experience

In your role as a Restaurant Manager at Bill Suri you will:

- Leading a front of house team and partnering with the kitchen to ensure a smooth running of service.
- Fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Problem solving and dealing with any customer issues or complaints.
- Input to procedures and policies to improve service, staff management and processes.
- Participate as a constructive member of the management team with the view to maximizing business sales volumes and profitability.
- Manage staff in a fair and equitable manner, take appropriate disciplinary action when required and comply with best practice and establishment regulations.
- Ensure customer service is maintained at a high standard.
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
- Take customer bookings and help serve food and drinks.
- Ensure food is prepared and cooked to set company specifications.
- Organise supply purchases and keep stock records.
- Manage and store vendors contracts and invoices.
- Plan budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses.
- Plan menus with cooks or chefs.
- Marketing and promotion.
- Organise food and beverage events, promotions, and advertising.
- Hire, train, manage and supervise staff.
- Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing.
- Assist with payroll and maintain all relevant records.
- Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and legal regulations.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends.
- At least 3years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in managing people and leading teams.
- Outstanding customer service and people skills
- Extensive knowledge in North and South Indian dishes.
- Good understanding of food items, ingredients, preparation techniques and flavors.
- Availability to work a Monday Sunday roster.
- Be eligible to work in New Zealand.
- Honest and reliable.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Proactive & self-motivated.
- Good personal hygiene
