We have an exciting opportunity for a
Senior Customer Service Representative

to join our head office team in Māngere. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our warehouse customers, ensuring they receive accurate, timely, and professional service.

You will play a key part in investigating and resolving queries, preparing and distributing customer reports, and building strong relationships with our key accounts.

Ngā kawenga matua | Key Responsibilities
- Provide warehouse customers with a high level of service as their first point of contact.
- Prepare and distribute accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports (DIFOT and others).
- Attend customer meetings and deliver presentations as required.
- Ensure all processes are documented and compliance standards are met.
- Support the Customer Services Manager with one-off tasks as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage competing priorities.
