We believe that every aspiring law student deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our programs are designed to support students on their path to law school, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and guidance needed to gain admission to second year law school. Our team is made up of passionate law students, tutors, and mentors who are dedicated to helping others succeed.

We’re looking for a part-time Student Success Mentor to connect with students, guide them through the law school journey, and help them feel confident in their ability to excel at law school.

This role is perfect for a personable and motivated law student who enjoys engaging with others, attending events, and making a real impact.

This is a part-time role during the academic year, with time off around exams and study periods.

**What you’ll do**:

- Meet with prospective students to understand their goals and provide guidance on how our programs can support them.
- Build relationships with students, helping them feel supported and confident in their next steps.
- Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact, answering questions and helping students understand how tutoring can benefit their success in law school.
- Attend and host events, workshops, and networking opportunities to engage with students and foster connections.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A current law student who is passionate about legal education and student success.
- An engaging and personable communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
- Someone who is organised and proactive, capable of managing meetings and following up with students.
- A natural mentor and motivator who inspires confidence in others.
