**Company**:
ConsultANZ is currently looking for Construction Manager to lead the execution of a large-scale earthwork project in Christchurch, New Zealand.

**Main Duties**:

- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring it progresses according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Project Delivery: Take responsibility for the overall delivery of the project, coordinating activities from inception to completion.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with New Zealand standards and project specifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on operational project delivery.
- Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive a team towards successful project outcomes.
- Standards: In-depth knowledge of New Zealand engineering standards and regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
