**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone with the ability to strike the balance between site and office, ensuring projects are running smoothly by removing roadblocks for the project teams and ensuring they have the correct resources to deliver. As the Construction Manager, you will take overall responsibility across multiple projects, providing leadership, mentoring and development to the project managers and quantity surveyors delivering those projects.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead development of methodology and programme for key projects.
- Support pre-construction on development bid or proposal strategies
- Oversee and manage projects to prescribed specifications and budget
- Support stakeholders in Operational & Project-related activities
- Provide mentoring and coaching to teams

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Extensive experience in leading and managing teams
- Relevant years of experience in commercial construction
- Expert in Construction Methodologies
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- Expert in Microsoft Project
