**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Are you looking for a role where you get to work on a variety of projects, where your innovative ideas and suggestions are appreciated? You will be responsible and take ownership of all site based activities, quality control, health and safety management, and sub-contractors, assisting in the development of construction methodologies and the delivery programme.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Co-ordinate resources onsite to construct works accurately per the drawings and specification;
- Review Drawings and Specifications to ensure buildability of works prior to works starting;
- Working through design issues with the project team, contractors, clients and consultants
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor
- Site set up and close up;
- Supervision of all activities on site
- Accurately reporting progress to internal managers;
- Running subcontractor meetings;
- Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation of site reports
- Managing Health and Safety on site (with support from company HSE manager)
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience in the construction industry
- Relevant years of experience as a site manager or foreman
