Engagement & Delivery Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Engagement & Delivery Manager who brings both a consulting mindset and technology-delivery craft to the table. Somone who understands that delivery in a professional services context isn't just about managing tasks, it's about **building trust**, **protecting commercial health**, and **creating outcomes**with amazing teams that clients want to keep coming back for.

This isn't a back-office PM gig.

**As an Engagement & Delivery Manager here you'll**:

- ** Be the trusted advisor**:Shaping delivery strategy & detailed plans, scope, resourcing and client decisions.
- ** Own outcomes, not just outputs**: Measuring success by client impact & satisfaction, commercial health, and team growth, not just ticking off milestones.
- **Blend craft with consulting**: Project management, business analysis, and product ownership are tools in your kit, but the real value is how you bring them together for each unique client challenge.
- ** Operate with commercial awareness**: From utilisation to margin protection, you'll know how professional services work and why delivery excellence is inseparable from financial health.
- ** Create one-team environments**: By leading multi-disciplinary squads across design, engineering, and consulting, ensuring everyone is aligned, respected, and outcome-focused.
- ** Bring a product mindset**:By ensuring what's delivered solves real problems, scales, and drives business value.

**Who you are**:

- You've led technology delivery in a professional services or consulting environment, and you understand billable hours, client expectations, and commercial realities.
- You can flex between strategic advisor and hands-on driver depending on what the situation demands.
- You're comfortable with the unknown: shaping proposals, evaluating solutions early, running discovery, and helping clients clarify their own thinking.
- You are a practitioner or from a hands-on consulting / solution delivery background who doesn't mind rolling up sleeves and getting into the thick of things to get the right outcomes.
- You have familiarity with negotiating scopes, drafting SOWs, and understand financial metrics in professional services environments.
- You understand Agile and hybrid delivery models, but you're pragmatic and can help choose what serves the client best.
- You love working in the messy middle where people, technology, and business collide and you thrive on making sense of it all.
