**Let's talk about the team**:
As a Senior Developer within our CIS and Modern Workplace Operations team, with a focus on the M365 suite which includes Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Health & Sustainability, Microsoft Teams app development, SharePoint Online modern framework (SPFx), SharePoint Migration and SharePoint 2016 On-Premises. As a developer in the Operations team, you will be involved in providing ongoing technical support, fault analysis and resolution for our clients by either working in a team or independently working directly with our clients.

Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize and follow up with questions, solutions or suggestions
Developing skills on PnP, PowerShell scripts and custom components using SharePoint framework (SPFx)
Extensive knowledge of SharePoint migration and establish the migration process via automating scripts
Work in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology to meet their business objectives or overcome problems and to assist stakeholders to gain an understanding of high-level technical concepts
Contribute to project planning, working with customer to understand requirements, making appropriate recommendations, compiling effort/cost estimates, and implementation
Developing technical specifications based on functional requirements
As a senior we would expect you to promote a high-performance culture within the team, focusing on a mix of consulting and delivery excellence to our customers

**Let's talk about your capability and experience**:
Over five years of relevant professional experience as a developer in the SharePoint On-Premises, M365 and Cloud environment
An expert trouble shooter and love getting your teeth stuck into puzzles.
Extensive experience with PowerApps, Power Automate Flow, Logic Apps, Microsoft/Office Graph, SharePoint Modern Pages/Web Parts preferred, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PnP, PowerShell
SharePoint professionals who create Intranets portals, document management systems custom features, web parts, site templates and other elements
Extensive experience in the assessment of customer environments and their requirements and documenting results comprehensively
Experience with C#,.NET Core/Framework, JavaScript/HTML/CSS, SQL. Node js, npm advantageous
SharePoint migration with Sharegate advantageous
Database (SQL Server Fundamentals) knowledge
A hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider team
Modern project delivery methodologies such as DevOps and Agile/Scrum
