**What you will be doing**

The Modern Workplace Platform and Infrastructure area of capability is a vital aspect of Tower's vision to deliver simple and rewarding experiences to our staff through modern, secure practices.

**Dive into the heart of your responsibilities**:

- Own our capability framework and roadmap within the Modern Workplace and Infrastructure operations supporting Tower staff across New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
- Ensure that our day-to-day operation is robust, available and secure, meeting our defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Provide guidance and recommendation of good practice and tools and driving adoption throughout the organisation.

**What you'll need**
- Experience of delivering change required to grow and evolve a team and capability in line with strategic goals
- Experience leading, training and mentoring direct and indirect teams
- Experience in working in scaled Agile delivery and ways of working
- Experience of managing vendors, licensing and contractual obligations
- 10 years hands on experience, an expert within the field of capability of this role
- Detailed understanding of Modern Workplace practices, technologies,Identity and Access Management, Microsoft 365, Power Apps and Azure product suite, and on-premise infrastructure
- Experience implementing MS Co-pilots and guiding the organisation in its adoption of AI based tools
- Demonstrated experience in making decisions based on strategy and business values
- Demonstrated experience managing and mitigating risk
- Strong financial acumen, budgeting and cost management
- Stakeholder management and negotiation experience
