This role can be flexible across our Christchurch city office and our Dunsandel manufacturing site, however there will be a requirement to work from Dunsandel at times.

**The Opportunity**

You will be a member of the export documentation team, assisting with completion of all necessary export shipping documentation services for the business, within the agreed lead times. This entails ensuring export shipping documentation complies with NZ and international standards, laws and regulations governing shipments.

The position will be working in conjunction with Synlait Export, Sales, Finance, Quality, Regulatory and Warehouse teams. Additional responsibilities include preparation of export documentation, invoicing and associated functions, and maintenance of the documentation schedule for the business.

**About You**

You will be a good team player, with effective time management and prioritisation skills. Equally critical is your high attention to detail and data accuracy, ability to build strong working relationships, customer service orientation, and competence with working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- NCEA Level 3 or equivalent is essential, with a relevant tertiary qualification being desirable.
- Experience in Intermediate level export/shipping documentation roles is essential, ideally in a manufacturing related and/or dairy sector.
- A working knowledge of Letters of Credit and Bills of Lading is critical.
