**80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE)**

We have an exciting new position for a Team Administrator to join our newly established Support Services Group. Support Services provides administrative support across Hawke's Bay Hospital.

The role will provide administrative support to the Community& Whanau management team while the incumbent is on secondment. This role is pivotal to ensure the smooth-running of the group so we need someone with high attention to detail who is competent using computer systems and software. You will need to be able to prioritise effectively, be comfortable providing cross-cover and working towards deadlines. We need someone who has a varied administrative background who brings skills in data entry, word processing, invoicing and minute taking.

This is a very busy role and will suit someone who enjoys a fast paced changing environment,
