Our client is a locally owned and operated business who is growing by the day.

They are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to jump in and hit the ground running to help add to the businesses success and growth.

The Role:

- Handling incoming service request
- Liaising with clients, staff and customers
- Providing administrative support to our management team
- Data Entry
- Invoicing
- General Office duties

Hours of work:

- This role is Monday to Friday
- Full-time.
- Client is flexible on start and finish times.

Pay-rate:
Salary band is $27.00- $30.00p/h however this is negotiable for the right person.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Be competent in MS Office
- Excellent time management & organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Warm, friendly personality
- Ability to work well within a team environment and on their own
- Be flexible, willing to help the team where necessary and open to change
- Have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
