We are on the search for a Field Technician to start as soon as possible in this unique role based in the North Shore.

We are incredibly excited to be working with the New Zealand leader in waste resource recovery to fill this role, which is hugely dynamic and interesting to say the least

You may have a background in environmental science, quality, mechanical engineering, geology or even energy/resource management. You’ll be required to deliver a range of tasks specific to our clients landfill sites where your scientific or mechanical undergrad studies will come to the fore.

Working in the field to undertake a range of monitoring and metering across a wide range of elements within this large scale, highly regulated site, as part of the Energy Generation Team, this is the perfect role to develop industry experience as you kickstart your career.

**Key elements of the role include**:

- Installing and maintaining gas pipework
- Field monitoring and reporting for quality testing
- Operation, monitoring and reporting of gas generation plant and equipment
- Balancing gas flows to all plant within the Energy Generation site
- Working with the wider engineering and Energy Generation team

In return for your relatable tertiary qualification or mechanical training, teamed with an urgency and desire to get stuck in, you will be paid very competitively in return, starting at an equivalent of $58,000-$65,000.
