We’re seeking a skilled Arcade Field Technician to install, maintain, and repair arcade machines while delivering exceptional customer service. **Role Purpose**:
As an Arcade Field Technician, you’ll ensure the seamless operation of arcade equipment through installations, repairs, and maintenance. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical and circuitry issues, transport machines, and collaborate with teams to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Expertise**:

- Install, assemble, and repair arcade machines using hand tools, multimeters, soldering irons, and schematics.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical faults (e.g., controls, sensors, computer systems, power supplies).
- Replace components like Hard Drives, RAM, Video Cards, and troubleshoot low/high voltage systems (5V-220V).
- Learn and support Intercard & Embed Systems for operations and installations.

**Customer Service & Collaboration**:

- Provide friendly, on-site customer support and build positive client relationships.
- Assist team members, share technical knowledge, and ensure clear communication across teams.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and warranty transactions.
- Adhere to safety protocols, manage workflow schedules, and operate vehicles responsibly.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and extended hours during venue installations.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**_ Required Skills_**
- Proficiency in reading electrical/mechanical schematics and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge with multimeters, soldering, and replacing electronic components.
- Knowledge of low/high voltage systems and basic computer hardware repairs.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules.
- Knowledge in arcade, gaming, or electronics maintenance.
- Familiarity with Intercard & Embed Systems or similar platforms.
- Relevant qualification or Relevant experience.
