**Are you Hamilton City Council’s next Digital Analyst?**

Our Digital Services Unit are currently transforming our operating model by adopting Agile methodologies. We are seeking an experienced Digital Analyst to join us on this exciting journey of transitioning into Agile.

You will be joining our Core Platform Team, who are a small, hardworking and dedicated team that supports and manages our enterprise-wide systems such as finance, regulatory, property, asset management, human resources, payroll, point of sale, and bookings.

**What does a day in this job look like?**

In this role you will assist Council to leverage our enterprise systems to deliver to the business needs.

Through exceptional stakeholder engagement you will start to understand the needs within the organisation, translating them into user stories and where possible, mapping them to existing systems and solutions.Working in an agile environment you will also be responsible for providing technical solutions to the business.

We encourage you to be curious about how things work, how the business can be better and how we can be more effective, so you are able to dig deeper and ask questions to find beneficial solutions.
- Experience managing large ERP systems within a large and complex environment e.g., Authority, SAP, Oracle, and Infor Public Sector (IPS).
- Worked in an Agile environment, ideally using Azure DevOps.
- Confident people skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across the business.
- A curious and questioning mindset.

**What’s the salary?**

Circa $95K dependent on skills and experience.
