Product Operations Leads: Do you champion product-led thinking and behaviours?

Our dedicated client in Hamilton is on a mission to bring technology and communities together for a more connected future.
**_That’s where you come in_** - A Product Operations Lead who will enhance sustainable outcomes within their team.

This important and influential role will involve leading a team of product owners and acting as an advisory to product managers and business owners to drive performance. Working closely with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, you will build strong relationships with Tech Leads and Architects to promote processes and techniques. You will also prioritise and refine work with technology teams for customer success and delivery.

Backed with 5 years of previous experience in a Product Leadership role, you will be exceptional at leading, coaching, and mentorship. With a mastery in understanding product lifecycle, product management, and software product ownership, you will showcase your passion for continuous improvement, effective planning, and excellent communication.

Ideally, you will have gained a qualification in a product, technology, or business field. Extensively knowledgeable in Agile practices and fundamentals together with your understanding of Scaled Agile Frameworks. Your dedication and adaptability will shine through with an ability to negotiate, communicate, and provide resolutions in an ever-changing environment.
