The Learning Design team are focusing on building Kiwibank’s capability core needs by delivering consistent, integrated, and fit for purpose development solutions for the whole of Kiwibank.

This role is suitable for someone who has previous learning design experience. You’ll play a critical role in reviewing and updating our existing curriculum and learning.

You’ll need to understand how to set objectives and experience in adult learning methodology. Strong written communications skills are essential as you will be collaborating with experts in the business, to update and review learning based on evolving business needs.

- You will balance your creativity in learning solutions with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
- Keen interest in instructional design and creation of resources for a range of audiences and formats with a keen eye for design.
- Communication is key - you'll be able to quickly build rapport with your stakeholders, be an effective listener and have impressive documentation skills.
- We use Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite for our learning software - experience with these programmes is essential.
