Naylor Love is shaping the future of construction in New Zealand; join our team today and love your job tomorrow. **The opportunity** We are seeking a motivated and driven Contract Manager with proven contractual experience in high value commercial projects ($1m+) for a main contractor. As a Contract Manager, you will be experienced in accurately estimating and preparing cost estimates, quotations, and tenders. You will also ensure that all offers of service documentation are accurate and all information is up to date on our financial systems, making sure our commercial and administrative obligations to clients, subcontractors, and creditors are being met.
