**He aha te mahi? What's the role?**:
The Business Process Management & Automation Specialist role is responsible for the strategy and roll out of Zespri’s approach to Business Process Management. A key element of this position will be to proactively work with various business leaders to help them increase process management maturity across the business and this will be achieved through thought leadership in process mapping, mining and automation.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Business Process Management & Automation Specialist will identify process improvement opportunities, design and develop the necessary automation solutions, and continuously monitor and fine-tune the performance of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Leading best practice on each stage of the end-to-end process (including Mapping, Mining, and Improvements including Automation)
- Collaborating with business SME’s identifying areas for process improvement and automation
- Driving and supporting process modelling & embedding this capability within functional business units
- Designing and leading development of automation solutions using tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Business Process Management/Automation (BPM/A) software
- Providing training and support to end-users on the proper utilization and maintenance of process mapping & automation tools
- Educating & Inspiring business users to drive value and grow Business Maturity Capability

We are looking for a driven individual who has proven experience within the process improvement and automation space. You will also have:

- Knowledge of BP Methodologies and associated software (such as Signavio & Celonis)
- Knowledge of Automation tools and software (such as UI Path)
- Ability to drive the business to identify opportunities for improvement, identify KPIs and support measuring progress towards KPIs
- Ability to build strong relationships across the business in order to build engagement
