Machine Operator

Are you wanting a new and exciting role to start your career within the Wine industry? We have an opportunity within our team and are seeking our next Machine Operators to join the team.

This role is a step above entry level, so previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a great attitude, who works well in an existing team and is eager to learn, upskill and develop a career in the Wine Industry.

Our bottling lines are largely automated, so we are looking for operators who can work in a fast-paced industry who have great trouble shooting skills. Previous experience operating packaging line machines is ideal, however not essential as long as you have some mechanical aptitude. Above all else - we are looking for the right attitude to be the perfect fit for our team.

Our night shift team work 12 hour shifts predominantly Monday - Thursday, with the occasional Friday during our busy season. Talk to us now, if you think the job suits, but the hours don’t.

**Are you able to**:

- Turn up every shift - be reliable.
- Follow instructions, both written and verbal
- Be self-motivated and work unsupervised
- Work in a busy, fast changing environment
- Identify errors in written form - Great attention to detail

- A starting rate of $23.00 per hour (negotiable depending on experience), plus an additional $4.00 per hour shift allowance.
